On Monday, the Ministry of Planning held its first meeting to write and prepare the status document for the ministry’s performance for the year 2024, according to the standards of institutional performance evaluation (EFQM) and the RADAR scale, said Ms. Rana Sami Daoud, Director of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Department at the Ministry: The meeting came within the framework of enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance and achieving excellence in government work. “The meeting included the development of sound and integrated methodologies, which were applied in the work for the year 2024, according to the requirements of the institutional performance evaluation criteria within the case document, to be measured according to the RADAR logic for capabilities and results, as well as evaluating and learning from its outputs in the process of improving performance. She pointed out that the document includes several criteria (senior leadership, strategic plan, human resources, institutional resources and partnerships, operations, beneficiary results, human resource results, community results, and overall performance results). Indicating: The team will continue to exert its efforts in finalizing this document to achieve continuous improvement in government performance, reflecting positively on sustainable development and the services provided by it. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Khalil Ibrahim, Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department, Chairman of the Ministry’s Institutional Performance Assessment Team, in addition to the members of the Institutional Performance Assessment Team, as well as a number of heads of departments and divisions, and members of the relevant departments in the Ministry.
