Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim hands Tunisian President Kais Saied an official invitation to attend the Arab Summit in Baghdad

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning Dr. Mohamed Ali Tamim has arrived on Tuesday, To Tunisia to hand Tunisian President Kais Saied an official invitation to attend the Arab Summit Conference to be held in Baghdad on May 17.
The Minister handed over a written invitation to the Tunisian President from Prime Minister Mohammed Shi’a Al-Sudani
to attend the Arab Summit Conference at its 34th ordinary session and the Arab Economic and Social Summit Conference at its fifth session, as well as the Arab Economic and Social Summit Conference at its fifth session. Both are scheduled to take place in Baghdad on May 17, 2025.

The minister was greeted upon arrival at Carthage International Airport. Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs (Mohamed Ali Nafati) and a number of senior officials of the Tunisian Foreign Ministry. and the Iraqi Embassy’s interim charge d’affaires, Abdulhakim al-Qassab, and embassy staff.
Following the reception ceremony, the Tunisian Foreign Minister praised Iraq’s active and constructive role in supporting Arab issues, especially Iraq’s distinguished position in supporting Tunisia by expanding areas of partnership and cooperation in various fields to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples. The two sides also emphasized the importance of joint coordination on regional and international issues.
