The Director General of the National Center for Management Development and Information Technology affiliated to the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Fouad Al-Rubaie, inaugurated today, Sunday, The second training course for new employees appointed to the staff of the Ministry of Planning, holders of higher and first degrees.
The Director General stated, This course is very important as it is one of the specialized courses that will introduce the public and private duties and rights of the employee and the ethics of functional administrative work. He called on the employees to adhere to the course times and benefit from the topics provided by the center’s experienced and specialized trainers, pointing out that the training course will include a daily evaluation to measure the extent of benefit from the information provided by the center’s trainers.
In a related context, the National Center for Management Development held two training courses within the training curriculum plan for the year 2023, The first dealt with good governance and decision-making and lasted for one week. While the second came in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the second level, and it will last for two weeks.
Both courses aim to enhance the trainees’ skills in their specializations and develop the level of performance at work
