The Directorate of Management Development and Information Technology in Basra Governorate, affiliated to the National Center for Management Development and Information Technology, concluded the TOT training course for trainers, which lasted for two consecutive weeks. Representatives of a group of state departments in the province participated in the course.
The course touched on many concepts of the training process, the knowledge and skills that the trainees need in this training process. It also included providing a practical presentation for each participant, in order to measure the extent of benefit from the topics presented.
