Participatory:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The strategic plan of the Ministry of Planning relied on the participatory approach of the formations and departments of the ministry. The senior leadership represented by undersecretaries, heads of agencies and general managers plays an important role by actively participating in all stages of planning and implementation of the strategy from preparation and formulation of the strategy to translating it into operational plans according to the schedule specified for each program and activity.<\/p>\n

The strategic plan responds to changes in the external environment and overcomes problems expected to occur in the near and long future.<\/p>\n

Implementation and application<\/u><\/strong> :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Contribute to setting standards for measuring the efficiency of institutional performance. Emphasis on the implementation and effective implementation of the strategic plan through effective follow-up of the level of performance.<\/p>\n

Conducting a strategic analysis of the environment by analyzing the components of the internal and external environment in order to reach the strengths and weaknesses of the Ministry’s interior environment. Correctly addressing obstacles and deviations.<\/p>\n
