(75.306) Trillion dinars was the total cost of the damaged economic units and for the different sectors

The ministry of planning/ CSO were supervised on programs and projects of this survey for the seven damaged governorates (Nineveh, Kirkuk, Salah al- Deen, Diala, Baghdad, Al- Anbar and Babylon) due to the terrorism gangs. This survey involved all sectors including the housing sector.

-    The number of the damaged economic units reached (8457) units

The number of the damaged economic units reached (8457) units the biggest number was in the governmental building sector as (2167) units then transport sector as (2041) units and the total cost of the damaged economic unit reached (75.306) trillion dinar for most of the sectors.

-   The electricity sector was the most damaged sector

The most damaged sector is the electricity sector and by (9.586) trillion dinar then oil and gas sector as (6.145) trillion dinar then the industry sector as (5.477) trillion dinar because it is one of the biggest sectors by share capital in serving most of the governorates, the total cost of the damaged units in the ministries reached (20.514) trillion dinar.

-  The highest economic units damages was in Salah al- Deen

The damaged economic units in Salah Al- Deen were the highest among the involved governorates as (13.821) trillion dinar then Nineveh as (10.057) trillion dinar then Al- Anbar as (9.5298.003) trillion dinar the reason for this increasing is due to the refineries existing and electricity stations in this governorate where the value of the damages in Salah Al- Deen in electricity sector (5.879) trillion dinar and in oil and gas sector reached (5.779) trillion dinar.

 - The percentage of the estimated value of the total damaged residential buildings in the urban areas was (53.4%)

 

The estimated value of the total damaged residential buildings for the private sector in the seventh involved governorates was (18.7) trillion dinar where the estimated value in the urban region was (10) trillion dinar and as (53.4%), while in the rural region was (8.7) trillion dinar and as (46.6%).

- Nineveh had the highest value in the damaged residential buildings in the urban areas

The highest value of the damaged residential buildings in the urban region was in Nineveh ( 5.8) trillion dinars as (57.8%) then Al- Anbar (2.3) trillion dinar as (22.7%) then Salah al- Deen (1.4) trillion dinars as (13.6%).
