The annual inflation rate rose by (0.1%)…The Ministry of Planning declared low monthly inflation rate fell by (0.6%) for the month of October last year

The Ministry of Planning and the decline in the inflation rate for the month of October last year (0.6%) compared with the previous month of September . Attributed to the decline in the prices of the food and non-alcoholic beverages (0.1%) and low. The prices of clothing and footwear section by (0.2%) and the low prices of housing section by (1.8%), as well as the low prices of the Department of leisure and culture by (1.7%) section and Restaurants by (0.1%) section and miscellaneous goods and services by (0.5%). Official spokesman of the ministry of planning, Mr. Abdulzahra Hindawi, said in a press statement that the annual inflation rate during the month of October last year rose to (0.1%) compared with the same month of 2016. On the basis of the rate of inflation index (0.7%) in October compared with September, while rose (1.1%) compared with the same month of 2016. He added that the record of the year for the month of October 2017 in Iraq reached (104.4%) which decreased by (0.6%) compared with the month of September 2017 . as the basis for the rate of inflation index (0.7%) from the previous month, while rose (1.1%) compared with the month of October  2016, the annual inflation rate rose during the month of October 2017 to (0.1%) compared with the month of October 2016 , at the time (104.3%) . Mr. Al-Hindawi said that the monthly change for the month of October 2017 compared to September 2017 return to the Department of food and non-alcoholic beverages recorded a decrease of (0.1%) to contribute by (4.5%) in the rate of change comes as a result of low monthly changes meat by (0.1%) from the previous month , and the decline in fish Group by (1.8%) from the previous month , with low fruit set by (4.4%) from the previous month . As well as the low sugar group by (0.1%) from the previous month.   He pointed out the rise of milk, cheese and eggs, (0.1%) from the previous month , and therise of a group of vegetables (2.4%) from the previous month , while tobacco section at the same level in the monthly rate of change ,  and that the section of the clothing, footwear and recorded a decrease of (0.2%) to contribute by (1.9%) in the monthly rate of change, attributing the reason for this decline to a low record of service by (0.1%) and shine by (0.2%), and the record of the Department of Housing, a decrease of (1.8%) to contribute by (85.2%) in the monthly rate of change the reason for this decline to a low standard figures of the Group The rent by (0.7%) and the supply of water and electricity by (9.7%). while the equipment, household appliances and maintenance at the same level in the monthly rate of change , and keep the Health Section at the same level in the monthly rate of change. Mr. Al- hindawi said that the section of the leisure and culture decreased by (1.7%) to contribute by (4.7%) in the monthly rate of change and keep the education section at the same level in the monthly rate of change , and the record of the restaurants a drop by (0.1%) to contribute by (0.2%) in the monthly rate of change in the register of the miscellaneous goods and services decreased by (0.5%) to contribute by (3.5%) in the monthly rate of change.  The official spokesman of the Ministry of Planning said that the annual change for the month of October 2017 compared to October 2016 section decreased the amount of food and non-alcoholic beverages (3.7%) to contribute by (1193.2.%) in the annual rate of change changes as a result of the decline in the group comes bread, cereals by (0.9%), and thedecline in meat by (1.3%)with a group of fish by (16.1%),as well as the decline in milk, cheese and eggs, Group (2.0%),as well as the fall of the fats and oils by (1.4%).  As well as the low fruit set by (2.5%)with a group of vegetables (10.8%), and the Group of sugar and sugar products decreased by (0.2%),with a range of other food products by (1.4%). Al-hindawi confirmed that the tobacco section of the register a decrease of (0.2%) to contribute by (2.3%) in the annual rate of change . As the Department of clothing, footwear, a decrease of (0.2%) to contribute by (13.6%) in the annual rate of change due to low prices for a service by (0.2%) ,while the Department of Housing, the rise of (3.7%) to contribute by (1160.2%) in the annual rate of change because of the rise in the price of rent by (0.8%) , and electricity and water supplies by (33.2%)  and a group of fuel (0.2%), indicating that the section of the equipment, household appliances and maintenance record a decrease of (1.4%) to contribute by (100.0%) in the annual rate of change due to the decrease of the prices of a group of furniture and fixtures by  (2.0%) and low household appliances Group by (1.0%). Department of Health record rise of (0.9%) to contribute by (45.5%) in the annual rate of change .  He added that the Transport Section recorded a rise of (0.2%) to contribute by (33.0%) in the annual rate of change ,while the Liaison Section record a decrease of (1.3%) to contribute by (51.1%) in the annual rate of change, and therecord of the Department of entertainment, culture, a decrease of (3.6%) to contribute by (69.3%) in the annual rate of change. , indicating that the Education Section, recorded a rise of (21.8%) to contribute by (35.11%) in the annual rate of change, and therecord of the rise of restaurants (0.6%) to contribute by (11.4%) in the annual rate of change , with the registration of the miscellaneous goods and services rose (1.0%) to contribute by (50.0%) in the annual rate of change . Hendawi said that the  survey of prices for the month of  last October of the year 2017 did not include the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh have not been counted record numbers because of the difficult situation there.
