The Ministry of Planning signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Union of Arab Engineers to achieve the objectives set in the field of development planning in the active contribution to support the national efforts of the public and private sectors. The signing was signed by the Iraqi Minister of Planning, Dr. Salman Al Jumaili, and the Union of Arab Engineers. The Ministry of Planning Spokesman, Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi, said that the agreement comes from the Ministry's keenness to extend the horizons of cooperation in all aspects of professional development by developing the legal, technical and advisory professional capacities of its employees and developing the method of international arbitration. In the development of the public and private sectors and in order to contribute to the improvement of the basic requirements for planning, indicating that the two parties agreed on joint cooperation in accordance with this memorandum of cooperation and in line with their functions and terms of reference through the establishment of courses and workshops Ml and seminars in the field of international arbitration at the national and regional level and the preparation of Iraqi arbitrators accredited and any other area of cooperation. Mr. Hindawi pointed out that the validity of the memorandum is one year and automatically renewed for a period of one year unless one of the parties wants to terminate it officially.
