He emphasized that despite the challenges faced by the ministry during the past years, which said that the implementation of the strategy, which consisted of the results of the occupation of the wall of Nineveh, Salahuddin and Anbar provinces, a decline in the revenues of the country's exports of crude oil, it continued its commitment to development in general, and poverty reduction in particular, continued to keep up with the preparation of a strategy for poverty alleviation and the second, which will respond to the new challenges, as well as the challenges faced by the first strategy. He pointed out that this strategy represent the vision compatible and orientations of the ministry, which are embodied in the National Development Plan ( 2018 - 2022), which we are about to finish launching soon, indicating that the strategy compatible and see Iraq for Sustainable Development 2030, operating under the flexible planning model works on decentralization and the provinces more operational and planning powers.
